When you submit an issue, you’ll be assigned a unique Ticket ID. We will use this Ticket ID to communicate with you until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. You can check the status of a ticket any time using the Online Support Center. All you need is your email address and the Ticket ID.

This new Online Support Center allows us to provide faster, more efficient service to you. The Online Support Center is monitored by our entire team so it’s much faster than sending a support request by email to an individual team member.
